Our Beginnings
Founded in 1999 by Andrew Catto, our practice began with a vision to provide expert start to finish architectural services to homeowners, developers, and businesses in Putney and surrounding areas of Southwest London. Andrew trained at the prestigious Architectural Association School, the UK's oldest independent school of architecture.
From the beginning, we established ourselves as specialists in navigating the complexities of planning regulations in conservation areas, helping clients transform their properties while respecting the rich architectural heritage of Southwest London.
Growth & Expertise
Over the years, our practice expanded with the addition of Director Melissa Lawrence da Cunha, who has brought valuable expertise and a complementary approach to our architectural services. Together with our dedicated team, we have successfully completed hundreds of projects across Putney, Wandsworth, and Southwest London.
Our deep understanding of local planning systems, policies and regulations has been key to our success, allowing us to secure planning permissions where others have failed. We've developed particularly strong expertise in basement extensions, loft conversions, and sensitive renovations in conservation areas.

Unlikely many designers we can also see your scheme through completion on site. We are 'One Stop Shop' as we can guide you to find the right structural engineer, contractor for your project. We can help with fittings and finishes or steer you to the right company, etc. Our goal is to help as little or as much each client needs from us.
