We are pleased to announce that we have managed to receive planning permission for a project located in one of Putney's Conservation areas. Previous to this, other's tried to get approval but were unable to. When the client approached us, we achieved planning approval first time by getting the design right first time round! The project involved the redesign and use of a derelict backland and garage blocks. We ensured from the beginning that good communication was evident between the planning department and the design team.
This project was certainly a challenge and one we accepted and made into a success!
