We are delighted with the planning committee approval for a new house, including a basement, replacing garages in a prime Putney conservation area.
It has taken us 2 applications to get this through but when a project is well designed and takes the surrounding in consideration does not matter how much the neighbours object. The planners will rightly favour good design that meets policy.
